Upstairs: one bedroom with double bed 160X200cm.
One bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm (possibility of a double bed 180x190cm).
Separate WC. Baby bed, high chair and bathtub available on request.
Private enclosed terrace of 10m².
Private, secure parking space in the courtyard shared with the owners.

Thierry Bon séjour chez le Promeneur !
Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Salon séjour lumineux exposé Nord Est. Espace nuit à l'étage avec 2 chambres dont la literie est neuve et de bonne qualité. Beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine. L'espace intérieur de parking sécurisé est très pratique. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Tourniquet Très beau gîte
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce gîte en avril 2026. Très bien accueillis par Caroline. Le gîte est tout neuf,confortable avec une terrasse extérieure dans un enclos fermé où nous avons pu ranger notre voiture sans soucis de stationnement

Fab Très bon gîte,trèsconfortable
Très bon gite ,très bien équipé ,confortable ,propre. Idéalement situé dans une petite commune qui possède les tous les commerces de proximité, une gare à 8'à poed pour aller à Lille en 15'.

Juve Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter
Gîte charmant, idéalement situé au centre de Phalempin. Accueil très sympathique, logement impeccable et calme garanti. Je recommande vivement ce gîte pour une parenthèse au vert !
