You may not believe it, but this 4-person Holiday cottage is on the outskirts of Maubeuge, a city fortified by Vauban, which also offers many cultural festivals throughout the year! If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you!

If you're a thrill-seeker, try parachute jumping from the Salmagne aerodrome; for the little ones, don't miss a visit to the giraffe at the Zoo!
Eurovéloroute 3 La Scandibérique. We're 8 minutes from the city center, 20km from Mons (Belgium), 32km from the Val Joly tourist resort, 37km from Valenciennes, and one hour from Lille (86km).

The Holiday cottage is for the exclusive use of the tenants, and is only accessible to outsiders with the owner's prior consent. Parties are not permitted.

Holiday cottage set in the outbuildings of a farmhouse, isolated in the Countryside.

First floor: living room with stone fireplace and pellet stove (supplied), 140x200cm sofa bed, connected TV and WIFI.
Open kitchen with dining area equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, gas stove and oven.

Upstairs accessed via a spiral staircase: one bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and open bathroom with whirlpool bath and washbasin.
A second bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm and a shower 80x120cm with washbasin. Separate WC.

Shared enclosed garden not overlooked, with private terrace and garden furniture.
Private parking.

Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. Linen optional.
Electricity included up to 15kw/h per day, any excess charged at EDF rate.
