Group gîte (ERP 5th category) 700 m². CAPACITY 50 PEOPLE MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN AND BABIES.

First floor: Hall, professionally equipped kitchen (2 large fridges with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, 2-door cold room, microwave oven, etc.). Reception room for up to 150 people. 4 bedrooms for 2 people (including 3 accessible to all), 2 showers, 5 WCs.
1st floor: 14 bedrooms (11 for 2, 2 for 3, 1 for 4 people), 4 showers, 3 WC.
2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (2,2,2,4 people). Washbasin in each room. Shower room with 1 WC and 1 shower.
Gas heating included. 2 washing machines.
TV, WIFI.
Private enclosed grounds of 800 m², barbecue, parking.
