Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, etc., living room with 124cm TV, 140x200cm convertible sofa. WIFI. Separate WC, Upstairs: Three bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200cm (can be twinned to form a double bed 180x200cm). Reversible air-conditioning. Baby bed and high chair on request. Bathroom with double washbasin, bath (with shower screen), Private enclosed garden of approx. 100m² with terrace of 25m² not overlooked.
