Located just 6 km from Belgium, our Holiday cottage is ideally placed for exploring the wonders of the surrounding area.

As the crow flies, Méteren is just six kilometers from Mont des Cats, Mont Noir and the Belgian border, offering privileged access to these iconic sites. Soak up the scenery of the first rolling hills of the nearby Monts de Flandre. Ana, the owner, has a host of activities in store to enhance your stay, including donkey rides and visits to nearby equestrian farms.

The freeway is 2 km away, making Méteren the starting point for many excursions. Just a few kilometers away, you can go to the sea (40 km with a link to England), to Belgium (3 km), to Cassel (17 km) or to an amusement park. The Australian Museum at Fromelles (26 km), the historic town of Lens (54 km), romantic Bruges (80 km), picturesque Arras (83 km).
