Kitchen opening onto living room (4-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, dolce gusto pod coffee maker, wine cellar...), sofa and 80 cm TV. Stove (pellets supplied). Sleeping area with 1 x 160x200 bed. Cot and high chair available on request. WIFI (fiber). Bathroom with washbasin, shower (80x140cm), separate WC. NO WASHING MACHINE.

Private 24m² furnished terrace + barbecue. Street parking in front of the gîte. Electric car charging station.
