Gîte-studio of 42m² on one level away from the village on a busy secondary road (but no noise pollution inside the gîte).
Equipped kitchen area open to the living room (4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, pod coffee maker (Dolce gusto), wine cellar, etc.), sofa and 80 cm TV.
Pellet stove (pellets provided).

Sleeping area with a 160x200 bed. Travel cot and high chair available on request. WIFI (fiber).

Bathroom with washbasin, shower (80x140cm), and separate WC. NO WASHING MACHINE.

Private terrace of 24m² with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Parking in the street in front of the gîte. Electric car charging station.

Gite located 500 m from the village center and 2 km from shops (bread, butcher, greengrocer). In a former stable and its adjoining dairy, the owners have tastefully fitted out two gites for two people of 40 m2 each. These accommodations combine the charm of the old (vaults, bricks) and the comfort of modern equipment through an eco-responsible approach.
In the Natural Park of Avesnois, between Valenciennes and Maubeuge, come and appreciate the charm of the bocage and the tranquility of the place for an unforgettable moment of quality relaxation.
