First floor: living room with two 140x190 convertible sofas, 85cm TV and WIFI.
Fitted kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bathroom with Italian shower (120x100cm) and separate WC with washbasin;

Upstairs: Bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm (or double bed 180x190cm).
Bedroom with double bed 140x190cm and single bed 90x190cm.
Separate WC with washbasin. Cot and high chair available on request.

160m² garden in front of the gîte with private enclosed terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
