In the center of the village, 48m² gîte on the first floor of a garage with independent access, adjoining the owners' house.

1st level: living room (BZ 140x190cm, flat-screen TV 80cm, WIFI, equipped kitchenette (fridge, small dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave).
2nd level (quarter-turn staircase): mezzanine bedroom with one 90x190cm bed and 1 160x200cm bed (non-separable into 2 90x200cm beds) with shower and washbasin, separate WC.
Washing-machine dryer on first floor.

Free unenclosed parking 2 electric recharging points in the village. 1,100 m² shared garden with owner and 25m² private terrace, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture and small vegetable garden, 2 adult bicycles available.
