Discover the tranquility of Obrechies by staying in our all-inclusive gîte. Located in a small village of 270 inhabitants in the Avesnois region, our gîte offers an ideal base for exploring the area. You'll be close to Maubeuge (12 km), Avesnes-sur-Helpe (16 km), Aulnoye-Aymeries (17 km), and Valenciennes (48 km).

Enjoy the attractions of the Val Joly tourist resort just 20 km away, discover the Fourmies Ecomuseum 30 km away, explore the famous Vauban ramparts in Maubeuge, visit the Roman archaeological site of Bavay 25 km away and Fort Leveau in Feignies, a witness to the First World War, 18 km away.

For lovers of fresh produce, there's a local farmers' market every other Wednesday, and all the shops you need are 6 km away. Nature lovers will be delighted by the many hiking trails and the nearby greenway. V

This 50 m² gîte, with a shared entrance with the owners, is ideally located just 500 meters from the village center. It adjoins farm buildings.

First floor: living room with TV and WIFI (fiber). Open kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, electric stove with oven, dishwasher.
A staircase in the kitchen leads to the first floor.

First floor: landing with access to kitchen, 17m² bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 (possibility of 1 bed 180x200), bathroom with washbasin, small bath, washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.

Enclosed garden of 50 m², not overlooked, located behind the house (access by 4 steps) with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Private parking space close to the gîte (20 m).
