Gîte of 47m² for four people.
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190cm) and an 80cm TV. An equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven), a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds (possibility of a 180x200cm bed), baby equipment on request.
A bathroom with Italian shower 80x120cm, separate WC. WIFI (fiber).
Private terrace giving access to a large common closed ground of 1000m², trees and flowers with a beautiful view of the plain (garden furniture, benches at the foot of the ash tree, barbecue available, private and secure parking).
Energy charges and end of stay cleaning included, sheets provided and bathroom linen available for hire.
6 km from the center of Wattignies, 8 km from a shopping center and 15 km from the center of Lille. Wattignies, at the gates of Lille (5 km), offers a unique living environment that combines the tranquility of the countryside and the advantages of the city. This locality has a strategic geographical location that allows easy access to the main centers of interest in the region.
Wattignies offers quick access to the cultural, tourist and economic attractions of the Lille metropolis. CHRU Eurasanté, an internationally renowned medical research centre, is 5 km away. Lille-Lesquin airport, 10 km away, provides access to the main European cities. Sports enthusiasts will not be left out, with the Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Arena stadium in Villeneuve d'Ascq, 12 km away, where matches will take place during the 2024 Olympic Games.

Laissez-vous surprendre par ce hameau au pied de la ville de Lille, où le calme règne et la beauté de la campagne domine. A 5 km de Lille et 10 km de l'aéroport de Lille-Lesquin.
Ancien corps de ferme de style Normand comprenant un ensemble de quatre Gîtes pouvant accueillir de 1 à 14 personnes. Vous y trouverez un grand parking sécurisé ainsi que des terrasses privatives et un grand jardin clos commun.
Maryse Moreaux, la propriétaire vous accueillera à votre arrivée.

Il est adapté aux familles et le cadre est très agréable.

5/5Super hébergement bien au calme, avec tout le confort. Rien ne manque dans le logement. On peut profiter d'un joli petit parc bien ensoleillé. La propriétaire est très gentille, très à l'écoute tout en restant discrète. Très satisfaits et, en cas de besoin, nous y ferons à nouveau appel, c'est certain.

5/5Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter la région même en hiver. Proximité du métro, accès rapide aux gares de Lille , assez proche des villes belges de Gand et Bruges.
Propriétaire du gîte très disponible.

Vacances calmes et culturelles
5/5Propriétaire très gentille. Gîte bien situé limite campagne; accès pour Lille très pratique . Bien équipé et confortable. Literie impeccable. Canapé peut-être un peu limite en confort pour ceux qui aime passer du temps devant la TV !...Entourage très agréable avec grand espace de verdure bien éclairé la nuit. Nous avons apprécié l'espace extérieur pour notre petit chien
ATTENTION aux visites en Belgique qui sont règlementées . A Gand et Brugge les PV de 150€ pleuvent sur ceux qui n'ont pas fait enregistrer leur véhicule !! Véritable arnaque !!! Allez consulter internet c'est édifiant ! TRES BON SEJOUR POUR NOUS- Cleanliness 5/5
