Bathroom with 90x90cm Italian shower and separate WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm, convertible into a double bed 180x200cm and a single bed 90x190cm. Cot available on request.

Enclosed 40m² garden with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
Parking for one car in the gîte courtyard, closed at night. Possibility of bicycle storage.

Energy charges, bed linen and towels included in the price.
