La "Verger", first floor: accessible to all, with raised bed 160x200, sofa bed (120x190), bathroom with washbasin, Italian shower, raised WC.
La Matisse", second floor: bed 160x200 and bed 90x190, bathroom with bath (80x180), washbasin and shower (90x90), separate WC.
La "Coquelicot", second floor: electric bed 160x200 with separate slatted base, bed 80x200, separate toilet, bathroom with shower (85x85cm) and basin.
WIFI ACCESS. 102 cm flat-screen TV in each room. Cot and high chair available. Private parking, bike and motorcycle parking.
Lounge and library with wood-burning fireplace, breakfast room in owner's house.
Several terraces available, wooded garden.
Electricity recharging point on site (€5/charge).
Take advantage of the hiking trails, greenway, Val Joly park and Maroilles-producing farms! Electric bikes available for hire (€16/day and €12 ½ day).

WIFI ACCESS. 102cm flat-screen TV in each room. Baby bed and high chair available; The Matisse room is dedicated to the work of the artist, a native of Le Cateau. It is decorated in beige and blue, the artist's favorite colors. Books and brochures on the artist are available to complement your visit to the Museums.

The Coquelicot room has a country atmosphere, with colors in slate gray and deep red, reminiscent of the poppies whose reproductions decorate the room. For your comfort, this room is equipped with an electric bed with two independent box springs and mattresses, allowing the bedding to be tilted head and/or foot.

The Verger room is inspired by the fruit-growing tradition of the Avesnois region, with its choice of green and taupe colors. Located on the first floor, it has been designed to be accessible to as many people as possible: there is no difference in level with the common areas.

Belle chambre décoré avec goût.

Cacolem Fantastic stay
Wonderful place to stay. Our host was very kind, helpful and available. The place is beautiful, quiet, private, clean, very well decorated. The garden is amazing with apple tree, pear tree, tomatoes etc growing between the weed and bushes. The breakfast is outstanding. We wish we had stay longer at this beautiful place.

Les soeursLaban Un merveilleux séjour á Aubépine, Sains du Nord
Notre séjour à l'Aubépine a été merveilleux.
Le cadre, la belle maison ancienne avec notre grande chambre et notre beau salle de bain, le jardin romantique légèrement envahi par la végétation avec de jolis coins salon, les poules et la charmante salle à manger/restaurant intime juste à côté, où nous avons servi un délicieux petit-déjeuner.

Dans un lieu calme derrière l'église du village, demeure de belle qualité où nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour nous-même et nos amis.
( chambre rouge et chambre bleue matisse ).
Très bonne literie , cadre buccolique , tranquilité , propriétaire très agréable , petit déjeuner excellent).
