Come and discover our gîte on the outskirts of Cysoing, in the heart of the Pévèle, in an authentic environment close to nature and horses (equestrian gîte available), with footpaths at the foot of the gîte.
On one side, you'll enjoy the attractions of the city: Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, the metropolis, its museums (Musée des beaux Arts, La Piscine, le Muba...), the chic stores of Vieux Lille, and the factory outlets of Roubaix, its gourmet restaurants and estaminets....
On the other side, you'll appreciate the wellbeing of nature, the peace and quiet of the countryside with its hiking trails (Voies Vertes), and the small villages typical of the Nord region that follow one another right up to the edge of the forest of Saint Amand les Eaux, (spa town, part of the Parc naturel régional de la Scarpe et de l'Escaut).
6 km from Lille Lesquin airport, Villeneuve d'Ascq (Stade Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Aréna, LAM, ...) 7 km, Golf de Mérignies 12 km, Lille 13 km. Tournai (B) 19 km. Brussels 104 km.
Spacious, comfortable Holiday cottage for 4 people. Ground floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace with closed hearth, 100 cm TV and WIFI, open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and 4-burner induction cooker. First floor: bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm, cot and high chair. Cot and high chair on request. One bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate WC. 300 m² enclosed private garden with wooden terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars behind the property. Energy costs, wood for the fireplace, bed linen and towels are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Possibility of boarding horses (details to be arranged with the owners).

Je vous présente ma famille : Mon mari Simon DEWAVRIN, cavalier depuis toujours est chef d'entreprise dans le monde de l'équitation.
César, Léonie et Marcel, nos trois enfants.
Moi, Céline, cavalière également, issue du milieu agricole et après 15 ans d'activités bancaires avec un rythme intense, j'ai ressenti le besoin d'un retour aux sources vers nos passions communes : la nature et les chevaux.
Ce projet est aujourd'hui réalité, nous nous sommes installés dans ce bel environnement à l'été 2019.
Cet endroit nous procure au quotidien beaucoup de sérénité et de bonheur. C'est pour cette raison que l'on souhaite simplement vous en faire profiter.

Karine Repos et découvertes au coin des près
Situé au bout d'une impasse, dans la verdure et le calme de LOUVIL, le gîte "Au coin des près" a totalement répondu à nos attentes. L'accueil chaleureux et l'ultra disponibilité de la propriétaire ont facilité notre installation dans ce joli gîte, tout confort et doté dd'un bel espace extérieur. Proche de la station de métro pour découvrir Lille, rapidité d'accès à Roubaix et Tournai, nous avons également découvert Bruxelles et Bruges, un peu plus loin mais très accessibles par la route. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles à LOUVIL ce qui facilite le quotidien des vacances. Une chose est sûre, nous conservons l'adresse.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Lisa qui est souriante, avec qui on à pu échanger très facilement par message pendant notre séjour.
Le gîte est spacieux,propre avec tout le nécessaire et le confort pour passé un bon moment en famille ( 2 adultes,2 ados de 10 et 15 ans
Séjour de 6 jours et 5 nuit
Le gîte est bien placé pour visiter Lille, Bruxelles, Bruges, Bergues

Bonjour,
De retour d'un séjour de 5 jours dans mon Nord natal pour un concert de Bruce Springsteen, accompagné par mes amis drômois, nous avons découvert cet endroit exceptionnel à LOUVIL. Un accueil généreux et très chaleureux des propriétaires, un logis très rustique et moderne à la fois, doté d'un confort de vie pour l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Un calme indéniable pour évacuer l'excitation et la bonne humeur des multiples villes situées dans un rayon de 20 minutes. Je recommande à chaque personne qui s'arrête sur l'annonce de ce gite de France, FONCEZ.... vous ne serait déçu de rien. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur sollicitude et je leur demande de rester sur leur niveau d'exigence qui impose le respect.
