Shops 1km away (mini-market, brasserie, etc.). Sains du Nord train station 8km away.

Semi-detached house located in a cul-de-sac. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher... Living room with TV100cm and WIFI (fiber optic), shower room with Italian shower 100x150cm and separate toilet.

1st floor: A landing opening onto the staircase with a 140x195cm sofa bed. A bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed. Baby bed and high chair on request. 2nd floor: A sleeping area with an attic bedroom equipped with two 90x190cm single beds.

Enclosed 300m² garden with secure access to the river. 40m² enclosed, not overlooked terrace with stone carpeting, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Secure parking for one vehicle and room for bikes and motorcycles. Green up socket for recharging electric vehicles available on request and at an extra charge to be paid on site (details to be agreed with the owners).
