Villeneuve d'Ascq's Stade Pierre Mauroy is just 25 minutes away, followed by Roubaix and its famous Piscine museum, 30 minutes away. At 40 minutes, discover Lens and its prestigious Louvre Museum, then continue your exploration to Dunkirk in just 50 minutes.

Fitted kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker.
Bathroom with bath and WC.

1st floor: bedroom with double bed 160x190cm.
Shower room with 120x80cm shower and washing-machine dryer. Separate WC.

2nd floor: two bedrooms, each with two 90x190cm beds. Baby bed and chair available on request.

The house has no exterior.
Two parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage and on-street parking.
