Cottage of 115 m² adjoining the owners house. Terrace and garden closed with living room of garden, barbecue. Private parking 2 or 3 places.
Ground floor: Entrance hall with separate toilet, kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, 3 induction hobs, oven ... Lounge with TV 108 cm, bluetooth speaker. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and bathroom with a bath and a shower cabin 80x80 and washbasin. Washing machine and dryer.
Floor: 2 dune rooms with 2 beds of 90x200 and one with 1 bed of 160x200. Game room with arcade terminal, table football and board games. Shower room with shower cabin 80x80.

Retour près de notre jeunesse passée
5/5En entrant dans le gîte, nous sommes surpris instantanément de revoir nos années 70 revivre. Tout ce que l'on voit ici, nous l' avons connu, mais il y a longtemps. L' ensemble du gîte nous plonge avec bonheur il y a 55 ans. Le gîte est conçu avec goût pour 6 personnes. Tous les meubles sont d' époque ainsi qu'une grande partie de la vaisselle. L' endroit est calme, reposant où tout le monde passera un agréable séjour. Je recommande particulièrement. A noter aussi la gentillesse des propriétaires qui habitent dans cette maison traditionnelle mitoyenne.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis. Tout était parfait la déco,la salle de jeux,le karaoké,les vêtements des années 70,l'escape game(pour l'apéro) sans oublier l'accueil de la maman et la disponibilité de Hélène

5/5L'accueil, le séjour c'était top ! Bien en accord avec le thème.Nous avions tout ce qu'il faut. Nos petits enfants qui sont des ados et pré ado ne se sont pas ennuyés. De plus il y a de quoi faire dans les environs.

Super semaine !
5/5Super semaine au coeur des années 70 ;). Gite extrêmement bien équipé, Hélène met énormément de choses à disposition si bien qu'on se sent comme chez soi (ou chez Mamie en plus confortable ;-)). Beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée, avec des surprises aussi.
Emplacement qui permet pas mal de visites à 1h30 à la ronde. On n'a pas pu faire tout ce qu'on voulait !
Le seul petit bémol (plutôt une spécificité à mesure que l'on progresse vers le Nord de la France et de l'Europe) c'est l'absence de volets aux fenêtres (mais les rideaux sont épais), nous n'en avons pas l'habitude. Hélène nous a dit qu'ils songeraient peut-être à en installer.
Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et le ménage inclus au départ ... un vrai luxe ! On recommande +++.- Cleanliness 5/5

Brilliantly done 70s nostalgia house.
5/5We stayed for an unexpectedly wet June week 2024. So glad we booked this cottage. Despite the weather, we had a great time, the cottage was so well equipped and authenticity 1970s. It every thing we needed, and many extras too. The games room was fantastic, the property spotless and spacious. Not speaking French and the hosts non English was not an issue, as we can use google translate. WiFi was fine and a good local signal for 3network. (ID). Lovely garden too, and outside area, had it not rained all week we definitely would have enjoyed that. We tried the e-bikes, which were fun.
Close to the nearest town, Fourmies for food shopping. Both local towns Fourmies and Hirson were underwhelming, we did drive an hour 20 to Reims which was worth the drive, and further to Dinant, which was a long drive.
In short, a great place for relaxing and nostalgia and seeing regular France and Belgium.- Cleanliness 5/5
