First floor: Entrance hall. Fitted kitchen opening onto dining room. Living room with 3-seater sofa and 108cm connected TV. 1 bedroom accessible to all with 2 beds and private shower room with Italian shower and WC. Boiler room with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: relaxation area with 4 3-seater sofas and 2 armchairs. 4 bedrooms, two with 3 beds each, one with 4 beds and one with 2 beds. 2 shower rooms (2 x 70cm showers and 2 washbasins each) and 1 shower room (70x70cm shower and 2 washbasins). 2 separate WCs.

Sheets and towels extra. End-of-stay cleaning included in rental price. Utilities not included, Gas heating: 35€/day.
