200 m² gîte with 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms on the ground floor accessible to all. Parking spaces in front of the gîte, inside the property.
Unheated and non-private outdoor swimming pool at the gîte, open from 05/01/2020 to 09/30/2020.

Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room opening onto an equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, 2 filter coffee makers, a pod coffee maker). Wood stove in the living room. Separate WC with hand basin. Bathroom with 80x80 shower. Large bathroom accessible to all with bathtub and Italian shower. 2 bedrooms (Spring and Autumn) each with 2 double beds (140x200). Baby bed in the Autumn room.

Upstairs: Summer bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and 2 single beds (90x200). Winter Room with 1 double bed (140x200). Bathroom with 90x90 shower. Separate WC.

Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Towels provided on arrival. Cleaning fee included. Free WIFI. Delphine and Jean-Pierre will be delighted to welcome you to their vast and bright gîte located on the Mont Rouge estate. With its 8 hectares, you can explore the orchards and the wooded park at your leisure.

If desired, the owners can also organize events such as weddings, receptions, parties or seminars on site, upon request.
