Terraced house with an area of 115 m², located in the owner's park which extends over 9,300 m². The house is adjacent to another gite (G18). Guests will have access to a heated swimming pool, which is not covered and which will be shared with the owners and guests of a second gite. The swimming pool will be accessible from Saturday May 11, 2024 until Friday September 13, 2024 inclusive.

Ground floor: American kitchen, living room/lounge, 1 bedroom with 1 140X190 bed. Shower room, WC. 81cm LCD TV, VCR and DVD-DIVX player.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 160x200 bed and another with 3 90x190 beds. Shower room, WC.

Beds made on arrival if rental sheets. Sheet rental rate: single bed or double bed €10 per pair. Electric and wood heating. Charges not included. End of stay cleaning offered.
