Gîte located near the owners' house with shared access. Private enclosed garden (50 m²) and shared enclosed grounds (1400 m²). Outdoor games (wooden hut and ping-pong table) available on the owners' grounds, to be shared with the owner's children. Possibility of parking a car and sheltering bicycles or a motorcycle on the property.
