You have access to the park, where you can go for a walk, jog around the pond, or go hiking in the surrounding area: maps with hiking routes, bags... are at your disposal. Ideal for a quiet stay with family or friends, it benefits from a private garden, parking for 2 to 3 cars, and privileged access to a magnificent 20-hectare park. The first floor comprises a pleasant living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge, offering a bright, convivial space. Upstairs, the Holiday cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private shower room: - a first bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed (separable into two 90x200 cm beds), with its own private shower room including a 125x85 cm shower and WC; - a second bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, also with its own private shower room including a 130x80 cm shower and WC.
