Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, table-top fridge with freezer, microwave, extractor fan, bar table with stools) opening onto living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and 60 cm TV, desk and chair. Wifi (fiber optic connection).
5 m² bedroom (Carrez law) with 140x190cm bed.
3 m² shower room with 80x80cm shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Private 10 m² terrace and 500 m² garden shared with the owner, with outdoor SPA (available from early April to late October, €10/hour/person).
