Enjoy a 500 m² garden with trees and a picturesque view of the watchtower and the Porte de Soissons. A 40 m² wooden terrace with wrought-iron garden furniture and barbecue invites you to relax.

Ground floor: large 90 m² living room with fireplace and TV, dining room with glass roof and plant wall, open-plan fitted kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room (Italian shower and washbasin).
