Come and relax in the countryside in this charming little gîte with enclosed garden, halfway between the Laonnais countryside and Thiérache.

To come to La Manante is to find peace and quiet in a small village in the middle of the Countryside.
At the rear of the garden, you'll find a pleasant path for country walks.

Nearby, you can go fishing or take a walk in the Souche marshes (15 km away), visit the Thiérache region and its fortified churches, as well as the Musée des Temps Barbares and its archaeological park in Marle (14 km away).
Laon (medieval city, cathedral) 31 km, Familistère Godin in Guise 36 km, Chemin des Dames - Caverne du Dragon - Visitor Center 38 km, Reims (Reims Mountain, cathedral, Champagne vineyards) 57 km. Chimay (Belgium) less than an hour away.

Garage across the street for parking a car or motorcycle, or storing bicycles.

First floor: Living/dining room with 94cm flat-screen TV. Fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher) and pellet stove (pellets not included in rental price). Bathroom (120x80cm shower and washbasin). Separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and one with 2 single beds (90x200cm).
