Do you like your holiday to have a cultural dimension? History buffs and those who love old buildings are sure to enjoy their stay with Madame et Monsieur Didot. In the footsteps of Le Nain brothers, walk round this most artistic village with its imposing bourgeois residences. And then there is the medieval city of Laon and its 80 listed historical buildings, not far from Center Parcs and Axo'Plage for rather more active pursuits. The gîte also has a private swimming pool. Old renovated house adjoining another gîte, in the owner's 0.93 hectare park. House is in village, 6 km from Laon. Ground floor: kitchen area, sitting/living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), shower room, WC. Terrace & swimming pool shared by 2 gîtes & owner (12/05 to 14/09/18). Electric heating. Charge for firewood. Recorder and DVD DIVX. Please contact us for weekend lets.

Great pool and friendly owners
5/5We stayed here as part of a family group with the gite next door. We had a great holiday,the gites were clean and comfortable. The garden area is very pleasant and the pool is excellent. We really appreciated the gift of champagne, cakes and biscuits from the owners. The area is also very well located for WW1 history and the champagne vineyards. The village itself is also very beautiful.

Séjour très agréable
5/5Le gîte est spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et agréable dans une belle propriété avec une magnifique piscine. L'accueil y est chaleureux et sympathique. La boite de cookies maisons et la bouteille de champagne ont été appréciés par toute la famille. Merci pour cet agréable séjour !

Gite convenable, au sein d'une belle propriété
4/5Gite correct dans l'ensemble. Le jardin du château où sont situés les deux gîtes est magnifique, le village est également très beau, et la région offre beaucoup d'opportunité de balades (en partant du village même) et de visites. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, et accueillants.
Le principal souci était le chauffage: à notre arrivée, nous avons eu du mal à chauffer le salon, muni d'un seul radiateur électrique de taille moyenne. La literie manquait également de fermeté à notre goût.- Cleanliness 5/5
