90 m² house with view of the forest and the plain, adjoining the owners' house. Private garden of 60 m², partially enclosed with sun terrace and swing.
Private parking spaces in front of the gîte.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen (3 induction burners, oven, microwave, multifunction robot, etc.) open to the dining room. Living room (comfortable sofa bed for 1 person at the weekend). Bathroom with Italian shower, washer-dryer and WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with private bathroom (1 double bed 160x190), 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 and 2 single beds 80x190). Independent WC.
Electric heating. Charges not included. Wireless. With a view of the forest and the plain, at the foot of the crowned mountain, where you can see Laon Cathedral in the distance. You will stay in this pretty cottage in a peaceful setting where culture and leisure combine.
Close to Center Parcs with possibility of day stays (15 km) and the Axo'plage leisure center (11 km), you will not lack ideas to make your stay rich in discoveries. Young and old will be conquered.
Laon (Paris 2024 Olympic Games preparation center) 6 km, Soissons 37 km, Saint-Quentin 48 km, Reims (Mountain of Reims, champagne cellars) 52 km, Paris (Paris 2024) 140 km.

A good stay in a fine house
4/5We came in a fine and clean house. Very comfortabele and spacious.
Th nearness of Laon, at about 5 minutes ride, with a large Carrefour, was nice.
It was very warm at the time of our stay. Over 37 degrees . The rooms upside were very warm Durlinger the nicht. A supplementary fan in the gîte would-be have been nice.
The owners were on holiday , just as we rented the gîte. They informed us before, so that was no problem.
