In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, Gérard and Sylvie welcome you with a glass of champagne. For hiking enthusiasts, explore the vineyards on foot or by bike, and don't hesitate to stop and visit the château des princes de Condé for a fun family tour.
3km from Dormans, 21km from Château-Thierry (Musée Jean de la Fontaine), 25km from Épernay, 35km from Reims (Reims mountain, champagne cellars, cathedral) 80km from Disneyland and 110km from Paris (Paris 2024).

Semi-detached house located near the owners' farm, in the center of the village.
Unenclosed private plot of 150 m². Terrace of 23 m².
First floor: open-plan kitchen with dining area. Living room with wood-burning stove. WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160X200) and the other with 2 single beds (90X190). Bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190. Shower room with WC.
Garage with green-up plug for recharging electric cars.

Excellent Gite
5/5This Gite is in an excellent location for the Champagne region. Not far from a good road network it is close to the beautiful River Marne, interesting towns and villages. The Gite is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely patio to sit and sip champagne on. The host Sylvie is lovely and so helpful.
