In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, Gérard and Sylvie welcome you with a glass of champagne. For hiking enthusiasts, explore the vineyards on foot or by bike, and don't hesitate to stop and visit the château des princes de Condé for a fun family tour.
3km from Dormans, 21km from Château-Thierry (Musée Jean de la Fontaine), 25km from Épernay, 35km from Reims (Reims mountain, champagne cellars, cathedral) 80km from Disneyland and 110km from Paris (Paris 2024).

Semi-detached house located near the owners' farm, in the center of the village.
Unenclosed private plot of 150 m². Terrace of 23 m².
First floor: open-plan kitchen with dining area. Living room with wood-burning stove. WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160X200) and the other with 2 single beds (90X190). Bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190. Shower room with WC.
Garage with green-up plug for recharging electric cars.
All-inclusive gîtes (bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning and energy charges included in rental price). 1st basket of wood offered.

Another lovely stay
5/5We enjoyed our second stay at this lovely 'Gite'. Sylvie is a very friendly and kind owner and we greatly appreciated her warm welcome. It is possible to trek around the local area, which is picturesque, and do day-trips to Paris and Troyes, which we highly recommend. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the 'Gite' and would consider going there again.

Very comfortable Gîte
5/5This is a lovely gîte in the heart of the champagne region. The gîte is well equipped, very clean with a pretty garden and lovely patio area. It is close to Dormans as well as a large supermarket and many shops, restaurants etc. The hostess is very welcoming and it’s possible to taste and buy some of the wonderful champagne produced here.
