Ground floor: Living room with dining room and living room with fireplace. Equipped kitchen. Additional relaxation room with the possibility of 2 additional beds on a convertible sofa. Small laundry room (washing machine and sink). Independent WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 140x190 bed and two with 2 90x190 beds each. Shower room with 90x90. Independent WC.

Electric heating. Firewood offered. Only the ORANGE mobile network works in the gîte.

Endowed with numerous water points, the meanders of the Somme flirt with the flora and fauna of our region, punctuated by communal or private ponds, its dead arm and its nautical stopover, are privileged sites for boaters as well as for fisherman. Nestled in lush greenery, Seraucourt is also the starting point for many signposted hikes, a passage also known to pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela and Francigena.

Our charming cottage for six people offers a breathtaking view of a body of water and allows you to discover our attractive region as well as the English cemetery. Its pretty 15th century church stands out for its originality (sandstone and brick). Fishing enthusiasts, (communal pond, private pond, canal) hiking (many marked trails) this comfortable cottage is for you! It is located in the heart of a charming, dynamic village with all the shops on site.
