Fishing enthusiasts, this gîte is for you! Pond fishing 15m from the gîte, by the day or 1/2 day (carp, trout) closed on Thursdays, canal fishing and day fishing at the communal pond "le miroir". Charges not included. Sheets and towels can be hired on request.

Nestled in a green setting, Seraucourt is the starting point for many signposted hikes, and a well-known passage for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela and the Francigena.

Our charming six-person gîte overlooks a lake, and is a great base for exploring our attractive region and the English cemetery. Its charming 15th-century church is distinguished by its originality (sandstone and brick). Lovers of fishing (communal pond, private pond, canal) and hiking (numerous marked trails), this comfortable gîte is for you! It's located in the heart of a charming, lively village with all amenities on site.

Close to Saint-Quentin, an Art Deco town also famous for its Butterfly Museum, its Pastels and its Village des Métiers d'Antan...

102 m² house, located 300 meters from the village center. Private enclosed wooded plot of 262 m². Hiking trail behind the Holiday cottage.

First floor: Living room with dining room and sitting room with fireplace. Fitted kitchen. Additional relaxation room with possibility of 2 extra beds on sofa bed. Small laundry room (washing machine and washbasin). Separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140x190cm and two with 2 beds 90x190cm each. Bathroom with 90x90cm shower. Separate WC.

Utilities not included. Electric heating (8 KW per day) included. Beyond this, the difference in consumption will be billed directly to tenants by the Town Hall). Firewood provided. Only the ORANGE cell phone network works in the Holiday cottage.
