Pargny-Filain is located in a hilly, wooded region, offering numerous Hiking opportunities. A signposted trail has been laid out to enable visitors to explore the surrounding area.
Nearby attractions: Aqua Mundo Center Parcs, Le Lake d'Ailette in Chamouille 15 km away, Laon (cathedral, medieval city) 16 km away, Soissons (cathedral) 27 km away, Reims (Reims Mountain, cathedral) 50 km away, Compiègne (Château, Forest) 63 km away, Paris (capital, Eiffel Tower) 131 km away and Lille (capital of Flanders) 170 km away.
Detached 86 m² house located in a wood on the edge of the village, accessed via a 300-metre-long dirt track. 700 m² enclosed private grounds on three levels, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Ground floor: Living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace (wood at extra charge). Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190). 80x80cm shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 and one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190. Electric heating not included. First basket of wood offered, then subsequent baskets at €20. WIFI.

dd au milieu des bois
belle maison nichée dans les bois, le calme parfait, proche de plusieurs sites intéressants: chemin des dames/ chateau de pierrefond et Coucy la ville médiévale de Laon etc... En période hivernale la maison est assez froide et attention la consommation électrique qui peut monter rapidement (70€ la semaine pour notre compte) Bon accueille de la dame qui en était chargée.

Les Francophiles Schöne Herbsttage in Pargny-Filain
Die Gîte liegt bis auf ein Nachbarhaus herrlich abgelegen an einem Waldweg. Morgens zwitschern die Vögel, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig. In 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern sind neuere Betten als auf den Fotos in der Beschreibung. Der romantische Garten lässt ahnen, wie schön es im Frühjahr und Sommer hier sein wird. Eine Radtour auf dem Voie Verte Richtung Lac d'Ailette führt ohne Steigungen am Kanal entlang, größtenteils abseits von Straßen, ganz wunderbar. Am See ein gutes Restaurant, auch in Pargny kann man gut Essen gehen. In beide Richtungen liegen die interessanten Städte Laon und Soissons mit ihren herrlichen Kathetralen. Man kann hier wirklich sehr viel unternehmen. Eine Woche war viel zu kurz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem netten kleinen Häuschen. Irgendwann kommen wir vielleicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Sommer, die beiden Seen quasi vor der Haustür sind dann ein zusätzliches Plus.

Très beau gite au calme, bien agencé avec un beau terrain Le propriétaire est très agréable, arrangeant et réactif.j'y retournerai avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement.

Pour h Une semaine dans le bois
Gîte très agréable dans une cadre reposant. La déconnexion est assurée et permet de faire une bonne pause . De nombreuses opportunités touristiques à proximité pour les amateurs d’art et d’histoire.

Mamy Bébé Gite en forêt
Gite au calme dans la forêt. On a apprécié le jardin pour manger dehors et la fraîcheur du rez de chaussée quand il fesait trop chaud dehors.
