Single storey of 80 m² next to an old water mill, located 200 meters from the center of the village. Private enclosed grounds of 400 m² with terrace. Parking spaces on the property.
The Oise river passes at the foot of the gîte.
Ground floor: Kitchen (4 gas burners, oven, 1-door refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, etc.). Living room, lunchroom. 80cm flat screen TV. Independent WC. Bathroom with shower 75x75. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 bed 140x190 each, and 1 with 2 beds 90x190.
Electric heating, charges included. Internet with fiber speed. Oh hoist! Put on your boots and go fishing with the family! Your gîte lends itself to this, you are a few steps from the Oise, which quietly crosses the Thiérache bocage. You want to go down the Oise by canoe and explore the countryside, so ask your hostess for advice, who will be happy to help you.
The Eurovélo 3 (La Scandibérique) is located 200 meters from the gîte.

Calmed place for family holidays
4/5Nice place for calmed holidays just by the river. Big, fenced garden, perfect to play with kids. No noise other than the river itself (there were heavy rains right before our stay, and we found it pretty relaxing). Very close to the biking path too (axe vert).
The village itself has no services to speak of, so a car (or bike!) ride is needed for pretty much everything.

Week-end en famille
5/5Un séjour bien sympathique dans un cadre simple et tranquille. Quelques belles visites pour tous les goûts à faire alentour ( Chimay, Brûly du Pesche, le poste frontière du film "Rien à déclarer", Parfondeval et les églises fortifiées...) et malgré une météo un peu pluvieuse de belles ballades. Cela doit être très beau sous le soleil.

4/5Gite spacieux et très bien situé dans la commune en bordure de la rivière .Confortable , bien équipé . Très grand espace de vie . Un petit bémol, la SDB mériterait un rafraichissement, qui devrait selon le propriétaire être entrepris très prochainement .

Un gîte très agréable, un accueil très appréciable.
Nous avons pu profiter du gîte puis des ballades aux alentour notamment avec l'oise à proximité.
