Single-storey house of 105 m², next to a small communal hall (this hall is sometimes rented at the same time by private individuals). Enclosed grounds, common to the communal hall. Terrace overlooking the community hall and brick barbecue.
Possible parking spaces for 3 vehicles in the courtyard with closed gate.

Kitchen with cooker (3 hotplates), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room with 80 cm flat screen TV and open fireplace. Independent WC. Bathroom with shower 1.40m x 0.90m. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140X190.

Electric heating. 1st basket of wood offered for the fireplace. WIRELESS.
Room occupied every 14/07 by locals for a meal. 3rd weekend of July: municipal festival, grounds of the gîte used on the Saturday of the municipal festival, for boules competitions. What could be more invigorating than a stay in a rural gîte in the middle of Thiérache? Take your pilgrim's staff and crisscross the typical villages in search of small treasures such as wash houses, producers of maroilles, cider, fortified churches... And above all don't forget to visit the one in the village.
Walk in the forest 1 km from the gîte and fishing pond 5 km away (town of Plomion).
