Fishing enthusiasts can indulge their passion thanks to the private pond on the property, stocked with carp, roach and gudgeon. There's also a footpath running through the estate, ideal for walks in the heart of the Countryside, and a host of tourist activities and must-see sites close by: La Hottée du Diable, just 10 km away: an exceptional natural site with impressive sandstone boulders, ideal for families, hikers and kids who love to climb and explore.
Château-Thierry, 12 km: Jean de La Fontaine's birthplace, with its picturesque lanes, château and famous Pannier Champagne cellars. The Champagne Tourist Route and Champagne vineyards nearby.
Reims and the Mountain of Reims are 54 km away, with its cathedral, champagne cellars and UNESCO-listed heritage. Disneyland Paris is 70 km away for an unforgettable family getaway. Holiday cottage located just outside the village, 800 m from the main road, close to a second Holiday cottage (no. G022106) for 9 people. 2000 m² unfenced plot with 30-acre pond (carp, roach, gudgeon), 2500 m² courtyard to the rear of the Holiday cottage. Parking lot. Shed with ping-pong table. Ground floor: Dining room. Sitting room with decorative fireplace that cannot be used. Fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner gas stove + 1 electric hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, extractor hood, microwave oven, filter and capsule coffee makers, etc.). Separate WC.
Upstairs: Three bedrooms (one with 1 x 140x190 double bed, one with 2 x 90x190 single beds and one with 2 x 90x190 single beds, which can be twinned to form 1 x 180x190 double bed on request, 1 baby bed), bathroom with 80x80 shower and WC.
