First floor: living/dining room with TV. Kitchen with 4 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Separate WC. wifi (fiber optic).
Half-floor: Bathroom with 90x90cm shower cubicle. Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm).
First floor: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm). Baby bed, high chair and bathtub available.

The 300m² grounds are fully fenced and unoverlooked, and include an outdoor area with lounge, barbecue and private parking.
