Surrounded by forests, privileged panoramic view, not overlooked. Very quiet location, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The house is located in Liézey, a pretty, typical village 10 minutes from Gérardmer (10 minutes from the lake, 15 minutes from the downhill and cross-country ski slopes).

New house based on an old farmhouse, of which one stone wall has been preserved. Wood cladding. Large glass roof offering exceptional views. Completed in October 2023.
It has a surface area of 160m² for a capacity of 8 people, and is composed as follows:
Exterior: 70m² private wooden terrace with Nordic bath, parking. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, chiliennes.
First floor: spacious living room with open-plan kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, conventional oven, 3-burner induction cooker, food processor, raclette machine.

Included in the price: electricity and heating charges, sheets and beds made up on arrival, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Only towels (€10 per person) and electric vehicle charging are optional.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

In winter, cars must be left at the top of the path, as it is difficult to access (not cleared of snow).
