Bérangère Séjour agréable pour le réveillon du nouvel an
Gite tres confortable, bien situé et bien agencé pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la terrasse bien exposée est un vrai plus. Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse, appartement lumineux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un très bon séjour !

Vous payez les frais d'électricité ça était notre surprise en arrivant. Et personne pour nous accueillir alors que nous avions envoyé un message 48h avant pour prévenir de l'heure de notre arrivée comme demandé ( apparemment un message suffit pas il faut appeler...) L'appartement était donc non chauffé quand nous nous sommes installés.
Et je veux bien que le linge de lit soit payant mais même pas une éponge ou un pot de sel dans les placards, il faut absolument tout prévoir soi-même.
Nous avons remarqué de l'humidité au sol notamment les WC. Après nous avions 30 cm de neige pdt notre séjour est ce la raison de cette humidité au sol... ?!?!Bref nous avons écourté notre séjour.

- le paiement de l’électricité est écrit par GDF lors de la loc. (il faut lire le contrat et pas dire de fausse info)
- envoie des 2 SMS pour vous dire d’appeler la conciergerie et pas de SMS (vous n’êtes pas le seul qu’elle gère un jour de Noël)
- le chauffage à été mis 5 h avant, donc pour certains 20 = trop chaud, pour d’autres 30 = trop froid, alors ?
- mettre sel, etc ok mais disparaît à chaque loc
- impossible d’avoir de l’humidité dans WC, la VMC fonctionne 24/24 et l’appt est refait neuf.
NOTA : à votre entrée et à votre départ RAS de votre part à la conciergerie alors qu’elle était sur place -

Bad reception, no bed cloths and towels, although ordered and paid. Far too expensive for the comfort offered. Several defects in the apartment.

Appartement très propre, trés bien agencé, lit très confortable.
Seul petit bémol, un peu froid en arrivant, il n'avait pas été loué depuis quelques temps.
