Located in the heart of La Bresse, just a 10-minute walk from the City center, this one-bedroom apartment offers an ideal retreat for nature lovers and Mountain enthusiasts. Nestled in a well-kept condominium, it enjoys a peaceful, secure setting. The interior is warm and well-equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. What's more, its proximity to ski slopes, hiking trails and local amenities makes it an ideal choice for enjoying the pleasures of the mountains to the full.

Ground-floor apartment accessible via a few steps, in a 5-unit building:
Entrance opens into the kitchen (refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set), living room accessible via two steps with TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed; one bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed; separate toilet; bathroom with shower stall and washing machine.

Outdoors: private terrace on the side of the apartment, with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. One private parking space.

Pets are allowed in our apartment; a supplement of €20 per pet per stay applies.

Oil and electric heating: utilities are included in the rate.

Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, and dish towels are included in the rate. You won’t need to bring your own. We want to make your stay as easy as possible.

You are responsible for cleaning the apartment before your departure; this is not included in the rental rate in order to keep the cost of your stay with us as low as possible. However, if you’d prefer not to handle this task yourself, you can choose the cleaning option—simply check the box when making your reservation, and we’ll take care of everything. The cleaning option costs €40.

In case of an emergency regarding the apartment, you can contact the concierge service. The number will be provided after booking.
