Between the Lake and the Mountain, in a condominium of 12 small chalets, pleasant garden-level apartment for 4 to 6 people, accessible by descending a few steps. Private parking and south-facing terrace with views of the Lake and Mountain.

The "O' Chênes Rouges" apartment is 800m from the lake and town center.
Comprising:
Entrance into a mountain area with a bunk bed (2x70x190cm), corridor leading to a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, separate toilet, bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine, and a living area with a sofa bed (two 80x200 mattresses providing a 160x200cm bed).
Fully-equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Outside: garden furniture / sun loungers / awning / electric barbecue

Access to the Piscine, which is shared by the entire condominium, is available from 15/06 to 15/09. (unheated, weather permitting and subject to local by-laws).

The all-inclusive price includes :
bed linen and towels for the stay.
end-of-stay cleaning, with the EXCEPTION of the following tasks to be carried out before departure:

. Emptying the garbage cans as detailed in the information booklet.
. Empty and clean the refrigerator and leave it on 1
. Place bath towels in the laundry basket under the sink.
. Do not remove bed linen .
. Clean all used crockery and empty the dishwasher .
. Clean the barbecue if you have used it during your stay.
. Sweep all floors
. Put away garden furniture as when you arrived .
. Roll up the awning if you've used it and put the handle in its place near the
window door
. Close all windows and shutters.
. Check that the keys to the Piscine and Ski locker are stored in the key box
in the entrance hall
. Close the front door and put the key in the outside key box .
. Send a text message when you leave the property.


Heating and electricity consumption must be reasonable: 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid to the hosts on site).
The convector heaters are programmed to a "normal" temperature, and it is forbidden to touch them at the risk of upsetting everything.
