Fully equipped for your comfort, the chalet allows you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the Vosges mountains in every season. In fine weather, the open-air swimming pool and leisure areas invite you to relax with family and friends. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the many Hiking and mountain bike trails nearby, as well as the opportunity to explore the surrounding area on an electric motorcycle. The vast natural area surrounding the property is also an ideal setting for recharging your batteries to the rhythm of nature, and its privileged location between valleys, forests and peaks makes it easy to reach the main tourist attractions of the Hautes-Vosges. Gérardmer, nicknamed the Pearl of the Vosges, boasts a famous lake, water sports, hiking trails and the La Mauselaine ski resort. In La Bresse, winter sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the La Bresse-Hohneck ski area, as well as numerous sports and family activities all year round. The Chalet is also an excellent base for discovering Remiremont and its heritage, the landscapes of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, the Vosges forests, waterfalls, mountain lakes and the many Hiking trails for which the region is famous. This detached Chalet comprises: Ground floor A living area comprising: Open-plan kitchen with 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area. Lounge area. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), pillows, blanket and comforter.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC. First floor Bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm and 2 beds 90x190 cm, pillows, blanket and comforter. Mezzanine with sitting area, TV and access to balcony.

Outside Private wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol, balcony and large, secure 6-hectare grounds. Additional facilities and information Heating by wood-burning stove and electric radiators. Flat-rate service charges included (extra charge if electricity consumption is exceeded).
Unheated outdoor infinity pool, open from June 15 to September 8, to be shared with Hameau de l'Étang guests. Shared access to a fishing pond, picnic area with brazier, recreation area (volleyball and badminton), pétanque court and playground with swing. Bakery/grocery 250 m from the Chalet.

A fixed charge for utilities is included with your reservation:
Electricity included up to 15Kwh/day (meter reading), Water, Firewood equivalent to one bundle included (Only from Nov. 1 to March 31) and household waste tax.
Extra charge at end of stay:
If electricity charge exceeds 0.22€ per Kw/h (meter reading), Wood (additional fagot 9€).
Electric vehicle recharging is not yet possible (fast-charging station nearby - Saint-Etienne-Les-Remiremont / Saint Amé / Gérardmer / Le Tholy).
