Thanks to its privileged location, everything is within walking distance: Lake, shops, restaurants, bars, municipal swimming pool, Casino and Cinema. In winter, the free snow shuttle just 100 m away provides easy access to the La Mauselaine ski slopes (just 5 minutes away by car). In summer, enjoy water sports, Hiking trails, bike paths and exceptional panoramic views of Lake Gérardmer, Lake Longemer and Saut des Cuves. The region offers a wide range of sporting and cultural activities: Hiking, mountain biking, Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, as well as craft markets, local festivals, the International Fantastic Film Festival and the Daffodil Festival. Nearby, you'll also find the trail station, Tendon waterfalls, Col de la Schlucht, and the villages of Xonrupt-Longemer and La Bresse. The studio, carefully decorated in a warm, modern style, has all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Bright and well-appointed, it offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, and guarantees calm and relaxation after a day of activities. A ski and bike room, as well as private, secure parking, are available for your convenience. The studio consists of :

- Living area:
- Relaxation area with foldaway double bed 140x190cm, TV, books, magazines, walking guides and board games.
- Friendly dining area. Functional office area and built-in dressing room.
- Fully-equipped kitchenette: 2 induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee makers (filter, piston and Tassimo), kettle, toaster, raclette set and all you need for cooking. Linen supplied.

- Bathroom: 80x80cm shower, vanity unit, WC, storage space. Full bathroom linen (towels, bathrobes, slippers) and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton, tissues). Heated hair dryer and towel dryer.

Everything is provided for a stress-free stay: household products supplied, courtesy tray with local products, ski room and bike room available.

Secure private parking available. As the accommodation is ideally located, you won't need your car during your stay.
A ski and bike room is available for sports and outdoor enthusiasts.

Additional information
Pets allowed: a small dog may be accepted on request only. A contribution of €30 is required and will be donated in full to the S.V.P.A. (tax-deductible amount) to be paid directly on site.
