Un Matin d'Avril awaits you for a comfortable stay at the top of the mountain at 850 m altitude. This chalet-style house faces due south and is not overlooked. The property of 2 ha of meadows and forests located in La Bresse and Cornimont overlooks the valley and offers a superb view of the mountains more than 20 kms away. The interior, furnished with every comfort, will seduce you with its originality. The wood from the property, worked by Franck and his sons into every detail, warms the atmosphere. The equipment is complete. Franck and Fabienne have combined their imagination to create a warm and pleasant vacation home. You'll appreciate features like large walk-in showers, beds made up on arrival and a large sauna. You'll sleep through the seasons, as the rooms have adopted their spring, summer, autumn and winter outfits. Snow-covered landscapes, sunsets, floating mist, you'll be amazed. And then there are the ski slopes, the lakes, the hiking trails, the mountain bike circuits... A place to spend a dream holiday that makes you want to leave.

The gîte is laid out on three levels.
Entrance is from the garden level, where there is a double bedroom (2 beds 90/190). A bathroom with walk-in shower and local granite basin. Separate WC with washbasin. Large sauna. Corridor with underfloor heating and space for drying ski equipment. Access to laundry room (washing machine, dryer, sink) and garage for storing skis, bikes and motorcycles.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (direct access to partly-covered terrace), dining area and sitting area with sofa, flat-screen TV, pellet stove. Two bedrooms (1 bed 160/200 each). Bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin) and separate WC with washbasin.
Top floor: mezzanine with relaxation area, flat-screen TV with integrated DVD player. Attic bedroom (2 beds 90/190).
Electric convector heaters and underfloor heating in shower rooms and hallway.
Large 64 m2 terrace, partly covered (furniture to be installed next spring). Plot of land.
Parking in front of the gîte. Carport under the terrace (except in case of snow), parking at the entrance to the property. The path will be cleared of snow, equipment compulsory.
In winter, 2 bobsleds and 5 pairs of snowshoes are available.
Other equipment. For babies: cots, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, stair gates.)
The gîte has plenty of storage space and cupboards. Basic cleaning products are provided.
The price includes: 100 kwh electricity per week, (beyond that invoiced on meter reading) Pellets offered, bed linen supplied, beds made on arrival.
