The house is located in a cul-de-sac, with several private parking spaces and nearby Hiking trails.
Exterior: Electric charging point (reinforced socket), Swing.
Two terraces: front and rear with summer kitchen, lounge, brazier, barbecue. Large garden planted by the owners.

Interior: Ground floor -> entrance hall leading to a bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen (hob, professional dishwasher, oven, etc.) opening onto a dining room. Exterior access is via the dining room. 2 separate WCs and 2 shower rooms.
First floor -> living room with TV, Kids bedroom with two 80x200cm bunk beds, two 90x200cm single beds, two bedrooms with 140x200cm beds and a final bedroom with 160x200cm bed. Separate WC with washbasin.

Baby equipment available: cot and cot-bar, playpen, chair, changing table.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
