Designed for vacations with family, friends, or as a couple, the house features a warm and functional living space where everyone will feel right at home. After a day of activities, the private Sauna promises moments of true relaxation—especially appreciated after a hike, a bike ride, or a day on the ski slopes. No matter the season, this cozy retreat offers the perfect setting for rest and unwinding. Gérardmer, nicknamed the “Pearl of the Vosges,” charms visitors with its wide variety of activities. Level 0

A large, bright living area opening onto a spacious south-facing terrace, featuring:

A fully equipped open kitchen with 3 induction burners, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-drawer freezer, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary kitchenware (dishes, pressure cooker, pots, pans, raclette machine, fondue set, and crepe maker).

On Level -1

Two large bedrooms:
The Orange bedroom with a double bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.
The Blue bedroom with either a double bed or two twin beds, a TV, and a large bathroom.

On Level +1

A small attic sleeping area reserved for kids, equipped with floor beds, a TV, and a DVD player. This space is not included in the occupancy capacity due to the low ceiling height and is not suitable for adults.

Outdoors

A large south-facing terrace, accessible through a floor-to-ceiling window from the living room or via an exterior entrance, equipped with a 6-person patio set, an electric grill, and a trampoline.

Additional Information

Pets are allowed provided hygiene rules are followed (they must not get on the beds or sofas): a €20 surcharge per pet per stay.
Heating is not included and will be billed based on usage at the end of your stay.
End-of-stay cleaning: €100, to be paid on-site to the owners.

Private parking spaces on a private road for 4/5 cars.

Baby equipment: mattress, bed, high chair, bathtub, stair gate + fireplace, crockery, potty reducer.

Sheets are included in the price, beds are made up on arrival (on request). Bathroom linen provided (1 large towel, 1 small towel and a shower mat), household linen also provided (2 hand dryers, 4 dish towels, 1 apron, 1 sponge).

Utilities are not included: on meter reading on arrival and departure.
Peak hours: 0.30 €/kwh and off-peak hours: 0.20 €/kwh. The owners estimate a cost of around €35 for a week in summer, €80 for a week in winter, and €15 for a one-hour sauna session.
