Semi-detached chalet on two floors, configured as follows:
First floor: entrance checkroom, large living room: fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer) opening onto living room (TV and WIFI access, Nintendo mini console), separate WC with washbasin, shower room with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer.

First floor: hallway with mezzanine, leading to 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and a connecting balcony, and a bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, separate WC.


Exterior: 3 private parking spaces, balcony, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and unfenced adjoining garden.

Pets are not allowed.
Baby equipment: bathtub, changing mat, cot and high chair.
