- Bathroom with Italian shower,
- WC, suitable for people with reduced mobility.

1st floor:
4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 6 single beds 90x200 cm).
Baby bed available.
Living room with games and TV.
Bathroom with bathtub.
1 WC.
Washing machine and dryer.

Gas central heating.

Exterior :
- 2000 m² grounds.
- Boules pitch.
- 56 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (adjoining the terrace of the owners' other Holiday cottage).

Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival). Bathroom linen supplied.
Utilities included.
Wifi Internet access.
Cleaning provided by tenants, or extra charge of 80 euros.
In summer, artisanal bread-making. Baked the old-fashioned way over a wood fire.

Grocery store and Doctor 100 meters away. Shops 200 m away: bakery-pastry shop in the village center, and supermarkets 7 km away in Pouxeux, or 18 km away in Épinal.

The house comprises two Holiday cottages (private entrances) for 10 and 5 people.
