- First floor: shower room with large shower, two bedrooms of 9m² each with 140x200cm beds, and a 6m² sleeping area with two 90x190cm beds, separate WC (blackout curtains on this level).
- Outside: 15m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, carport with two parking spaces, closed storage area for skis and bikes.
