Charming, prestigious family Chalet in a cocooning atmosphere. The furnishings and colors have been carefully chosen to create a clean, modern and comfortable decor. From the living room and terrace, you'll have a clear view of nature, the animal park and the mountains. A family plot of over 5,000 m2, planted with trees, is home to the 3 chalets and the owners' house. Nature lovers won't be mistaken. They'll be delighted by the calm and natural surroundings, the adorable animals and the charm of the place. There's even a small cultivated garden (fruit and vegetables), depending on the season. Young and old alike can let off steam or relax in the play cabin, play area, swing, slide, giant chessboard, ping-pong table, .... The animals on the estate will be delighted to cuddle and play with you! Everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and to leave you with an indelible impression! Sweet treats await you on arrival! You can take your time tasting them and then buy some if you feel like it! All these delicious treats are HOME-MADE, using fruit and vegetables from the family garden, and prepared by Marylène, your host. At Les Charmalynes, you're not just a visitor passing through. You're a guest in a place designed for your total Wellbeing!

52 m², single-storey, detached chalet, sleeps 5 (max 4 adults)
2 bedrooms (1st bedroom: 160x200 bed; 2nd bedroom: 160x200 bed and 90x200 high bed)
Comfortable, modern 28 m2 living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (including washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, food processor, etc.).
View of the garden, animals (chickens, goats, pig) and mountains.
Private south-west-facing terrace of 30m2, with garden furniture, pergola, barbecue and deckchair.

Underfloor heating. Shower room, separate WC. Partially enclosed grounds of over 5000 m². Gate.

Modern equipment (flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, all small appliances...). Free wifi and internet access. Board games, quality books, children's games, comics...
Utilities included (unless electricity is exceeded, when leaving the chalet: 10 kWh/day from April 1 to September 31 and 20 kWh/day from October 01 to March 31 (0.22 euros per additional kWh).
Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Household linen included. Bathroom linen included.
Pets (DOGS ONLY) are welcome (€4 per day, per dog), subject to a charter.
Baby equipment on request: folding bed with mattress, high chair, potty, toilet reducer, nightlight, bathtub, etc.
