The gîte is part of an independent chalet comprising two adjoining gîtes (H88G024824 and H88G024825).
The first floor of each gîte comprises an entrance hall with toilet and washbasin, a bedroom with 160x200 bed, a living room with dining area and fireplace, and a kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, mini-oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional filter coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.

Upstairs: a 2nd bedroom with 160x200 double bed, a 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 loft bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, complete with towel dryer and hairdryer.

Heating and electricity included, with reasonable consumption. Heating is electric (see instructions below).
Outside: a spacious garden with trees, a portico, a sandpit and a large shared trampoline.

Concerning equipment :

Baby equipment: bed, high chair, bathtub, potty are available on request.
Various options are offered and detailed in our ad below (bed linen, towels, cleaning, wood).
For pets, a supplement of €30/pet is required.

IMPORTANT concerning electricity:

Please note the following conditions:
- Electric car recharging is not permitted in this rental as the installation is not suitable.
- As the property is equipped with electric heating, please observe the following instructions:
- Set the radiators carefully and moderately, especially in the entrance hall and unoccupied rooms,
- Do not leave a door or window open near a radiator in operation,
- Do not leave the bathroom radiator on after use,
- For your information, consumption is automatically monitored before each arrival and after each departure.
