Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, this Chalet welcomes you to Ban-sur-Meurthe-Clefcy, in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. This large, detached 220 m² Chalet can accommodate up to 14 people in a peaceful setting on the edge of the Forest, perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities. Whether in summer or winter, enjoy spacious accommodations that combine comfort, a warm atmosphere, and high-quality amenities to create unforgettable memories. The spacious 96 m² living area is the true heart of the Chalet, featuring a cozy sitting area around the fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The six sleeping areas comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends. A large gaming room rounds out the indoor amenities, while the outdoor area features a terrace, private grounds, a barbecue, a private Piscine, and a Spa—perfect for balancing recreation, relaxation, and socializing after a day of sightseeing or skiing. Wi-Fi, linens, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included to ensure a worry-free stay. The Chalet’s location makes it easy to explore the most beautiful sites in the Hautes-Vosges. Gérardmer and its famous lake, the La Bresse-Hohneck ski resort, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, the Vosges mountain passes, and numerous mountain bike trails are all easily accessible. Nature lovers will also appreciate the waterfalls, fir forests, and iconic panoramic views of the region, while foodies can discover Vosges specialties such as Munster cheese, artisanal confections, and mountain products. This Chalet is thus an ideal base for fully enjoying the Vosges in any season.

On the ground floor

A spacious living area featuring:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, bar-style mini-fridge, induction cooktop (3 burners), oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Nespresso, Senseo, and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster, bottle cooler, ice maker, Perfect Draft beer dispenser (6-liter kegs), as well as several entertaining appliances: raclette, fondue, and pierrade sets, a plancha grill, a croque-monsieur maker, and a crepe maker.
- A dining area with a large table and 15 chairs.
- A living room with a fireplace, television, Blu-ray DVD player, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, smart speaker, karaoke, and board games.
- A recreation area with a dartboard, a multi-game cocktail table (400 games).

On the first floor

- Two bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed.
- One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a Bed 90x190.
- Two sleeping areas, each with a 140x190 cm bed.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, heated towel rack, and hair dryer.

On the lower level

- A bedroom with one 140x190 bed, another 140x190 bed, and a 140x190 cm sofa bed.
- A gaming room equipped with a bar-style foosball table, a bar-style dartboard, a touchscreen arcade machine, a rally simulator, a Time Crisis shooting simulator, a whack-a-mole game, and an air hockey-style game.
- Two identical bathrooms, each equipped with two individual enclosed shower stalls, a sink, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a separate toilet.
- Direct access to the outdoors.

Private Piscine, fully enclosed by a solid fence, open from May 1 to September 30, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., weather permitting.

Stay Conditions
For weekend stays (Friday through Sunday), arrival and departure times are to be arranged with the owner. A Monday checkout is possible for an additional fee of €150.
For weekly stays (Friday to Friday): check-in from 5:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM.

Utilities are not included; they will be billed separately based on meter readings. Household linens are included, including bed linens, but the beds are not made on arrival; bath linens are included. Only one pet is allowed per rental, and only upon request to the owner. Housekeeping is included.
