Close to Bussang (12 km), La Bresse (18 km), Le Thillot (1 km), Gerardmer (30 km), and Alsace (20 km). Ideal for hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, skiers and nature lovers. Ski and tourist resorts are just 15/20 minutes from Chalet des Breuches. The house is south-facing, with a beautiful view of the Vosges mountains, spring water on tap and easy access in all seasons. Close to all amenities (butcher, caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, takeaway pizza, bakery, pastry shop, supermarket, medical center, swimming pool, cinema, casino, various inns and restaurants, museums, local produce for sale all around). Large 800m² private plot, fenced for everyone's safety. Large 35m² terrace off the living room.

The accommodation, with a living area of over 150m², is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A bedroom with 140/190 bed
- A wellness area with sauna, spa and shower.
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Second floor:
- Living room: Large living/dining room with wood-burning stove (TV, DVD player, wifi internet access, board games, table soccer, etc.).
A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (fondue, raclette, plancha, waffle maker, crepe party etc....)
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140/190)
- Bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. Double washbasin. Electric hair dryer and towel dryer.
- Separate toilet.
Second floor:
- Two bedrooms with one 140/190 bed and one 90/190 bed
- One bedroom with a double bed (140/190)
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and electric towel dryer. Hair dryer. WC.

Utilities: water and electricity included in the price.

Located in a quiet, elderly neighborhood, it's important to be quiet and not to disturb the neighbors, otherwise you'll have to deal with the gendarmerie.
Reminder: Nuisance at night is governed by articles R623-2 of the French penal code. Perpetrators risk being fined €68, rising to €180.
